Is $20,750 to install new luxury vinyl composite flooring on first floor a fair price?
Project Details
We're looking to get new flooring on our first floor. Today, it's half builder's grade hardwood, and the other half is carpet. Part of me wants to buy the material myself and find a contractor to do it, as I'm thinking that'll save money, but the other part of me doesn't want to risk such a big investment on having a contractor do it versus a local, reputable flooring place.
