Is $20,000 to install luxury vinyl plank flooring a fair price?

I recently had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed and am concerned about the workmanship, particularly around the door frames and trim. Initially, quarter round molding was installed, but it looked off, so the crew removed it and caulked the gaps with a dark brown caulk, which looks terrible. I'm a first-time homebuyer and unsure if this finish is acceptable for the price paid.
