Is $2,800 to install luxury vinyl plank flooring a fair price?
Project Details
I had luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed in my living room and hallway in October. After only four months, I'm experiencing issues like gaps forming between planks, clicking sounds, and hollow spots, which the installer attributed to improper subfloor leveling. I believe he should fix this at no additional cost, but he is claiming the original contract did not cover subfloor preparation.
