This quote is for the replacement of approximately 1600 sqft of flooring throughout the entire house, excluding existing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The job includes: - Demolition and removal of existing carpet, padding, and nail strips- Demolition and removal of existing engineered flooring in the living room, including stripping and glue removal- Demolition and removal of tile from bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen- Disposal of all old flooring materials- Preparation, leveling, and underlayment installation upstairs- Installation of premium vapor barrier on the downstairs concrete slab- Installation of premium LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) from the European Collection with a 22-mil wear layer throughout the house- Installation of 3/4” x 3/4” shoe molding against baseboards throughout- Installation of new stair treads and risers to match the new flooring, including nosing on the treads for safety and aesthetics

It includes: - Remove furniture into POD CAPSULE - Demo existing LVP and haul off debris - Install underlay (supplied by client) - Install LVP product (planks, thresholds) (supplied by client) - Remove and re-install baseboards, replacing as required - Caulk baseboards - Touch up baseboards and wall paint as required - Move furniture back into house
