Is $11,000 to replace whole house flooring with LVP a fair price?
Project Details
I am looking to replace the flooring in my entire house, which is approximately 1600 sqft. The contractor initially quoted $16,000, but they came down to $11,000 without me even asking when I mentioned getting a couple more quotes. I will attach a picture of the quality of flooring they plan to use. I'm trying to determine if this is a good and fair price for the scope of work.
