Is $9,956 to install new vinyl plank flooring and repair subfloor a fair price?

I am doing a complete renovation of my kitchen and getting new floors in the kitchen, hallway, hall bath, and living room to replace/upgrade what was there when I bought the house. My husband is a full-time power wheelchair user, and the existing floor is cracked in a few spots from the heavy use. I am wondering if the quote sounds right, especially the type of flooring. I believe the flooring is glue-down. I am also looking for any type of flooring that would hold up to a 450 lb wheelchair that comes in a cherry color, as I have always wanted cherry wood floors, but my uncle doesn't seem to have that option, and a guy at Lowe's said it's not popular anymore.
