Is $12,000 to install RevWood Laminate flooring a fair price?

I am sick of getting ripped off on home reno stuff in the past. They want 12k total to do 860 SF. But this includes rip out of old carpet and then underlayment. Still sound reasonable? I am unable to afford it. Very sad for me. I’m using a big flooring store here so who knows what shit they charge then just sub it out for a fraction of what I pay. I asked the company why they put that [underlayment] on the quote. They can do it soonest and I want it done before I move in. So I’m going to sign off for it. I just don’t want to actually get ripped off.
