Is $6,700 to renovate stairs including new posts and balusters a fair price?
Project Details
My contractor (handyman/carpenter) sub-contracted out the stairs renovation to a floor-layers/stair-installers. The upper post is about a 1/2" out, closer to the edge of the treads, and it's off-level. The miter joint on which it sits is sloppy.
