Is $5,000 to install tile flooring in kitchen and dining room a fair price?
Project Details
I removed the flooring myself, so the area is currently down to the subfloor and is leveled. There are no obstacles for the installer. I'm trying to determine if this is a fair price, as online research often includes the cost of tearing out old flooring, which I've already done.
