Is $25,000 to install Muscanell white oak hardwood flooring a fair price?
Project Details
I am shopping around for new sanded and finished hardwood floors for two rooms, totaling 1,400 sq ft. I know it can get pricey but I want to see what I should expect to pay and what my options are. I've looked around Hurst Hardwoods and found 5" width white oak options I like for around $6.80 per sqft. I'm talking to flooring companies and reaching out to contractors, and there's always the DIY option, but I know enough to not want to do this kind of flooring myself. I am looking for advice about the quote I've received and what options are good/worth it/avoidable.
