Is $5,200 to update basement flooring with carpet and LVP a fair price?

I just bought a house and am looking to update the basement, which is roughly 450 sq ft. I am not handy at all and have no tools, so I'm not sure how much it would cost to purchase all the required equipment for DIY. It's a basement, and while I could do the work myself, I don't really have the time or desire to do it. The company recommended that carpet would be much better on the stairs in the winter because of how cold the basement gets.
