I just closed on my first house and am looking to replace the carpet upstairs. The upstairs is currently carpeted and needs to be torn out and replaced. Currently, it's just me and my girlfriend, but we plan to have kids in the future. We also have a Beagle, so ease of cleaning is pretty important to us.
