Is $17,500 to replace concrete basement floor a fair price?
Project Details
House is around 100 years old and the rat slab basement floor is failing, sections of it are just dirt at this point. I'd ballparked about $10k to be the higher end of what I thought this would cost. I'll do it myself and have someone come pour the concrete if it's gonna be this type of cost. This quote includes us moving all the appliances out of the way too.
