Is $3,900 to install LVP and tile flooring with floor prep, plus old tile removal a fair price?

My boyfriend and I recently bought a condo in Chicago. We are replacing the carpet with LVP and putting tile in the bathrooms. We already removed all the old carpet. I'm questioning if this quote is good as it seems high, especially since materials are not included, though I did get a good deal on the materials myself. My boyfriend and I are young and strapped for cash, so we want to ensure we're not being overcharged.
