Is $30,000 to install engineered hardwood flooring and moldings with demolition a fair price?

I was quoted $30,000 for this labor and wasn't sure if it sounded reasonable, as it's been a long time since I've had to do a project this big. I've had this guy do work for me before, and it was good quality; I've also directed business to him from others, which might explain the good price. I have an idea of what each part of the quote entails. The quote does not include the cost of the flooring itself, which is about $7 a square foot.
