Is $9,000 to install engineered hardwood flooring and baseboards (labor only) a fair price?
Project Details
I want to get engineered hardwood flooring glued down installed in 4 rooms and 2 living rooms, and also get 16 stairs done. The total area is around 1340 sq ft. The floor has been demoed and cleaned, ready for installation. I also need baseboard installed all around the house, which is about 25 16ft strips. I received three estimates: $9,000, $11,000, and $12,300. These prices do not include any material. I am asking if these prices are about right and which option would be best.
