Is $250 to repair damaged stair molding a fair price?
Project Details
I need help identifying my specific vinyl floor. The first picture shows the living room floor, and the second shows the damaged corner of the stair molding. The floor is more grayish, while the stair molding is a bit more brownish. They are not the same color, but it would be nice if they matched better. I was at Home Depot today, and the closest match I found was Vert Haus Sandstorm Grey Oak, but I think Lockhart Oak might be a better match. Ideally, the repair should be unnoticeable by the landlord.
