I have a young family and looking to get modern oak 5 finger biscuit tiles installed throughout the downstairs of my 1970s property to keep it in character. We have some dark stained teak 5 finger in the dining room which we want to remove. Under the carpet we have the original 70s asbestos marley tiles over solid concrete slab.
