Is $11,000 to install LVP flooring (labor only) a fair price?

I am disabled and had cancer 6 years ago, which resulted in an awful neck injury. I'm not sure I can physically install the flooring myself, as I struggle to hold my head up while on my hands and knees. My husband is in the military, so we've moved many times and I don't have friends here to help. My husband is considering doing it but is worried about messing it up. I don't think the contractor is scummy, but I'm shocked by the price and want to ensure I'm not overpaying.
