Is $30,000 to build a concrete barrier against a stone wall in the basement a fair price?
Project Details
I have a basement in a 100+ year old townhouse that is experiencing water intrusion from one side. The adjoining house has an absentee landlord who is non-responsive to my attempts to reach out. My contractor has previously tried solutions like regrading in my backyard, but the intrusion continues. I am seeking feedback on the proposed concrete barrier solution versus a French drain and sump pump.
