Is $7,650 to install grading and french drains a fair price?
Project Details
I have water getting in my basement due to pooling of water around my house. There is a couple cracks that I will be addressing after we get the water away from the house. Downspouts are extended. Thinking about going with the swale option and hope that solves my issues in the basement then maybe adding French drain in the future.
