Is $15,000 to elevate a pier and beam home a fair price?

Project Details

I live in the south US and have a pier and beam house that is too low to the ground to properly treat for termites. A termite professional refused to provide a warranty treatment because they could not trench the piers. I am concerned about future damage and whether this investment will help with resale value.

Quote Details
