Is $15,000 to remove the existing concrete retaining wall and build a new one a fair price?
Project Details
My house is on a bit of a hill, and the front yard slopes down, held with a concrete retaining wall. The wall itself has been cracking over the years and has been sloping outwards (has been since I moved in 5 years ago). Paying 15k right now is not in the cards.
