Is $29,000 to install a french drain, sump pump, dehumidifier, stone leveling, and concrete floor a fair price?
Project Details
I have a 550 sq ft crawlspace at a cabin in central Wisconsin my wife and I just bought. It is damp and musty with an uneven dirt floor and some standing water after heavy rain. The foundation shows signs of being affected by long-standing water issues.
