Is $2,000 to replace a cracked heat exchanger a fair price?

My Trane XR95 furnace, installed in my 2020 built house, has a cracked heat exchanger. The part is still under warranty, but I'm being quoted $2,000 for labor. I want to confirm if the heat exchanger absolutely has to be replaced and if the quoted labor cost is reasonable, as this expense is completely unexpected.
