Is $2,500 to replace a cracked heat exchanger in a Trane furnace a fair price?

I have a 19-year-old Trane furnace that has a crack in the heat exchanger. The part is under warranty. Labor is not included. I am questioning if it is worth making that kind of investment on that old of a furnace. They said it was okay but you never know. I decided to replace it.
