Is $18,500 to replace boiler with Weil-Mclein CGi-6 and 4pro 40 gallon tank a fair price?

I have two quotes for a replacement of my current boiler. They are proposing a cast iron boiler and indirect hot water tank. My house has 3 zones. We will be direct venting out the side of my house (no chimney). I will be hauling away all the existing stuff myself. They are both proposing boilers around 160k BTU for my 2200 sq ft house. Neither has provided a detailed quote yet (I have asked for them). I am asking if these prices sound reasonable.
