Is $4,600 to replace a 75 gallon natural gas power vented water heater a fair price?
Project Details
I'm looking to have an 80 gallon power vent tank water heater (natural gas) replaced with a new tankless. They said they can re-use the PVC venting that goes up and out the roof, but will need to drill through the concrete foundation for a fresh air inlet.
