Is $3,800 to replace a 75-gallon water heater tank a fair price?
Project Details
I just moved into this house and the water heater, which is apparently 10 years old, leaked. I am a single person living by myself with occasional guests visiting. The water heater is gas and the HVAC system is tied in with it, which makes it not simple for me to DIY for safety reasons. I am gathering from the thread that a 50-gallon tank seems to be more than sufficient for my needs.
