Is $720 to repair my AC unit a fair price?

My AC stopped blowing cold air last night, and the house reached over 80 degrees, which was a bad situation with a small child. The service was quick, but I'm seeking feedback on the pricing and the process, as they didn't provide a price upfront and insisted on immediate payment. I'm also concerned about an exposed wire they left, which I believe wasn't like that before the repair, and I plan to ask them to fix it properly. Despite these issues, I'm not overly upset about the price, as it was a repair I couldn't do myself.
