Is $600 to replace inducer motor for Lennox G61MPV furnace a fair price?

My Lennox G61MPV furnace flames out shortly after ignition. A technician from a highly rated reputable company checked the flue for obstructions but found none. He suspects a weak inducer motor, as trying a new capacitor didn't help, and he noted the inducer motor was drawing low amps. I'm unsure if this diagnosis is correct, especially regarding flame rollback. I also observed a 5+2 error code (control failed self check, internal error) and a lack of good draw from the burners. I pulled all the hoses off and it was more or less dry, and the condensate collector box had water in it, but that was at the level below the outgoing drain line. The flame sensor was also checked and found to be good.
