Is $2,700 to replace the leaking attic coil a fair price?
Project Details
I bought a new build four years ago and have had issues since the first night when the heat didn't work. Over the years, I've had cooling issues where air only comes out of one register. Multiple technicians from the original installer gave me conflicting diagnoses, including a clogged condensate trap, a bad zone board, and even dirty filters. One month after the labor warranty expired, the cooling failed completely. A second opinion found a leak in the attic coil, which the original installer missed. I've lost faith in the original company and am looking for a permanent fix for these recurring issues.
