Is $14,500 to replace Trane AC & furnace a fair price?

Project Details

I am looking to replace our midwest HVAC systems. I want to know if the price is reasonable or if I am overpaying. I have also received other quotes for Carrier systems, which are around $13,500 for a 110,000 BTU furnace and a 4-ton AC with 16 SEER2.
