Is $2,200 to repair a Trane HVAC system a fair price?

My original 38-year-old AC failed in 2018, and a new Trane system was installed. It worked beautifully until last week. The diagnosis is a failed capacitor and a failed high pressure switch. The parts are covered by warranty, but the labor estimate is $2,200. I'm concerned about the high labor cost, as it seems well beyond a typical hourly rate, and I'm wondering if I need a second opinion. I'm waiting for a more detailed hourly estimate.
