Is $3,800 to clean the ducts and install an air purifier a fair price?
Project Details
I had a new heating and air unit installed 18 months ago. The ductwork is original to the house. During a maintenance tune-up, the technician showed me videos of microbial growth and claimed it could affect the unit's longevity. I am looking for a second opinion as I don't have the money unless it is dire.
