Is $7,550 to replace and move a furnace with a WiFi thermostat upgrade a fair price?
Project Details
My current 2004 Payne furnace might not make it through the winter, as several HVAC guys told me it was a coin toss. It's currently sitting on dirt and needs to be moved about 5 feet. I'm wondering if I made the right call to get it replaced ASAP, as waiting until spring could save me $2,000 if I had them remove it and come back after concrete work, but I don't have plans to move it later.
