Is $19,000 to replace 3-ton split system with Lennox Elite 18 SEER AC and 80% furnace a fair price?

I was all set to get a different system, but Bryant won’t release it for a while so the HVAC guy recommended this 18 SEER Lennox system. I've gotten tons of estimates, but this guy has done good work for us before. I'm concerned about the 464b shortage and whether he can guarantee getting the 454b. I also want to know if Lennox resolved the coil problem after the 2018 lawsuit. I know the install is key, so I'm wondering the best way to make the installers happy and how much to tip them. The units cost as much as a car.
