Is $2,360 to install an air quality package including unit and duct cleaning, UV light, and 2-year preventative maintenance a fair price?

We've been in our home for about 2 years and had our first HVAC issue. The unit was installed by previous owners about 4 years ago and is still running great. I noticed the returns were sucking in air extra hard and the air flow noise increased. The technician said the unit is fine but has an overgrowth of mold and debris inside. He also mentioned extra insulation but said it's a down-the-road thing. I'm unsure about HVAC pricing. The 2-year service included in the quote is normally $130 for two years, includes annual cleaning, and waives emergency/after-hours upcharges. I'm considering getting another quote just for unit cleaning, as the technician emphasized the cleaning is needed, but wasn't pushing the UV light, stating it's for unit upkeep, not air cleaning. I'm wondering if a blower cleaning for $400-$600 is accurate.
