My tenant reported the AC unit was leaking water. A technician found the drain line clogged and backed up, and the float switch needed replacement. He cleared the drain line and replaced the float switch. He also suggested cleaning the coils and ducts due to mold/mildew and recommended a UV light. I want to ensure I get a fair price for this work, as the quoted price of $2,263.00 seems high to me.
