Is $18,600 to replace a furnace a fair price?

Project Details

My furnace went out last winter and I’m trying to get it replaced before summer is gone. The existing furnace is far too dirty and needs too much work for me to want to fix it. I've also had a separate quote to purchase a Trane furnace without installation for about $3,000-$3,500.
