Is $400 to install a whole house fan (labor only) a fair price?
Project Details
I live in Southern California in a 2-story, 3300 sq ft home. I've previously received quotes ranging from $2100 to $2500 for a three-speed whole house fan. I'm considering a labor-only install for $400 if I supply the fan myself. I'm looking for recommendations on an ideal whole house fan since those at Lowe's seem too small for my home.
