Is $1,200 to clean the ducts a fair price?

I had a service call this morning that turned up a bunch of issues, and I’m trying to make sure I make the right decisions on work and pricing. We live in FL, so we experience high heat and high humidity. I've noticed some slight mold growth on one register, specifically the one nearest the unit/garage. The total came out to like $4800 with discounts, so I’m just a little overwhelmed and would love input on whether these prices seem right, if these items seem necessary, and their priority levels.
