Is $6,200 to replace heat pump condenser unit a fair price?

I need opinions on replacing only the condenser. My indoor air handler is only 10 years old, but the condenser is 20 years old. I was hoping to get some more years out of the indoor unit. I'm seeing mixed responses online about whether replacing only the condenser is a good idea or if the indoor coil should also be replaced.
