Is $1,100 to replace furnace blower motor a fair price?

Project Details

My 13-year-old furnace has a blower motor that has been humming for several years, likely due to failing bearings. An HVAC tune-up crew found the motor running at 2.7 amps, exceeding the 2.6 amp specification. The igniter is also showing signs of burn-in. It's a 2012 York 95% efficient model. I'm trying to decide whether to repair these components or purchase a new unit.
