Is $7,800 to install a Lennox EL15KC1-030 AC unit a fair price?

I recently got quotes to replace a non-functioning AC that came with the home I purchased. My primary concerns were upfront cost, ongoing cost, reliability, how quickly the AC could cool my house, and noise. The estimator's opinion was that these factors were basically a wash between the five options, and that they would opt for the cheapest one if it was them. The only real differentiator they mentioned was that the two most expensive units use a different refrigerant that represents the new standard and will be more available should I need repairs, and are more environmentally friendly should there be a leak. I'm trying to understand the relative value of each option and feel like I'm missing something given the significant price differences.
