Is $1,200 to repair the inducer motor on my furnace a fair price?

Project Details

I am a first-time homeowner. My Bryant furnace's inducer motor has started making noise, and while it's still working, I want to be prepared for when it fails. I believe the current furnace heats just fine. I'm considering replacing the whole furnace and am looking for recommendations on brands, especially Bryant models similar to my current 355 CAV042080. I'm also interested in the Carrier TN6 Two stage. I've heard about a Bryant buyback program for these models. I have a second opinion lined up.

Replace inducer motor assembly and update exhaust piping

This option includes: - Replacement of the inducer motor assembly. - Update of the exhaust piping to meet current code requirements (not schedule 40). - The exhaust piping update is required because code changed, and if the company works on the system, they are obligated to update it.
