Is $1,500 to relocate dryer vent and install booster fan a fair price?
Project Details
I am having a house built and had requested the dryer vent be run to the back side of the roof to avoid seeing lint on my black shingles. However, the sub-contractor ran it to the front. Now we are discussing running it to the back. I estimate the pipe run to be about 35 feet, with easy access in a large, open attic space. I'm looking for a sanity check on the pricing, acknowledging that I need to adjust my expectations from pre-COVID costs.
