Is $2,500 to remove and dispose of a condenser unit and line set a fair price?
Project Details
I need to have my condenser unit and line set removed ahead of some concrete work I have coming up. My line set needs to be relocated entirely because it currently punches out beneath my sliding glass door where I have concrete steps being poured. Not just a disconnect temporarily and reconnect job. They’ll have to punch through my foundation again. The disconnect also needs to be moved. My current condenser is between 25-30 years old, and I plan to replace it next season anyway. Weather has gotten cool enough here that I don’t need the AC anymore this year. I am looking for a sanity check on the quoted price.
