Is $3,000 to retrofit fan coil units a fair price?

Project Details

My parents condo building in Toronto is 20+ years old; property management has invited the company Smart Building Services to retrofit the fan coils. It’s optional but highly recommended by property management. I think Smart Building Services is the maintenance company that does the annual checks.
