Is $2,600 to seal ductwork and install a REME HALO system a fair price?

My HVAC tech came out for routine maintenance and said he found mold and air leaks in my attic. I wasn expecting this, so I m trying to figure out how serious this actually is. Has anyone dealt with attic mold like this before? Does installing a HALO or UV light system make sense in this situation, or would sealing the ducts and properly cleaning the mold be enough? I will not be getting a HALO or UV light installed, lol.
